Design has been completed and construction is underway at the Butts-Mehre Building at the University of Georgia, which serves as headquarters of the Athletic Association and Football Program. Performing the renovations and additions is general contracting firm Brasfield & Gorrie, and work is scheduled to be completed in late 2010.

M+W is pleased to announce that 135 Auburn Avenue has been awarded an Atlanta Urban Design Commission Award of Excellence. The project included the faithful restoration of the facade along historic Auburn Avenue in Atlanta.

Renovations are underway at the Grady College of Journalism at the University of Georgia.

M+W has previously renovated the Peabody Awards Gallery for the school (click here to see that project).

M+W is pleased to announce the completion of The Dwain Farmer Memorial and the Jackson Street Parking Entry Marker as part of Tennesse Wesleyan College’s ongoing campus improvements.

M+W has been commissioned to provide a comprehensive building assessment of the Academy of Medicine. The study includes historic, code, and conditions research, as well as estimated renovation costs. M+W has been commissioned to evaluate the feasibility of renovations to Mary Lyndon Hall at the University of Georgia.  The residence hall was named after the first female graduate of the University.

M+W is pleased to announce that Residence 02a has been published in the Jan/Feb 2009 issue of Southern Accents.  The master bath is the winner of the 2008 Southern Accents & ASID National Residential Interior Design Contest.
